Use notes

Read Responsibly

Prefer primary records

Use .gov and official committee pages as the baseline, then compare secondary mirrors only when needed.

Separate records from conclusions

A name, contact, or reference in a file is context, not proof of wrongdoing without corroboration.

Protect private people

Do not republish victim identifiers, explicit material, or private information that should have remained redacted.
